This tea may not be for everyone, but I loved it. It has this wonderful smokey flavor. I could see this being used in a marinade even. I have been considering making tea eggs, and I plan on trying it with this tea. I haven't tried it with honey, but I bet a bit of honey would taste really nice in this tea. It was interesting and different.
