This at 3/4oz with 1/4oz of Yunnan Black steeps into a nice gallon of tea. I use Stevia to sweeten it slighly at 1/3 cup per gallon. This I highly recommend. By far the brst price point for a quality tea!

When we asked Terry for a good everyday black tea which would also be good iced he recommended Assam Broken Leaf, which he also said was his personal favorite. We pick some up every time we visit.
