Tai Ping Hou Kui, which literally means “peaceful monkey leader "is one of China’s top 10 green teas. It is grown in the foothills of the Huang Shan Mountain in Anhui, China, and has extraordinarily flat long leaves. It produces a light and mellow drink with floral undertones.
