This tea is helping boost milk production. This tea tastes better as an iced tea. We brew it hot as a pitcher, then put it in the fridge to cool after it's steeped. It also tastes better with a little sugar. Drinking this tea hot and without sugar it tastes like celery. We might mix it with lemon or something else. If you consider mixing do some research as some herbs counter the milk boosting blend in this tea!
