This organic oolong from the foothills of Kanchanjangha mountain in eastern Nepal has smooth, honey-laced, caramel-flavored notes with a malty finish. There is limited to no astringency in this tea.
Why this oolong? The Shangri-La oolong has a very unique flavor different from many other oolongs and has a more oxidized flavor profile similar to a black tea.
