Western brew: 5 g tea to 16 ounces water at 185 F. Oh my word, this tea is very enjoyable from the first sip. I can already tell that I’ll be ordering more. Sorry for gushing immediately, but it’s that good. Baked plums on the nose with floral notes. Very silky mouthfeel with just enough astringency to be interesting. Rich fruit and honey on the palate that carries to the finish. If all that sounds good to you, and it should, I highly recommend trying this tea.
