The scent straight from the bag is pure magic and it poured into the cup a gorgeous chestnut brown that made me pause just to admire it. The flavor is smooth and comforting, with the bright elegance of Ceylon dancing alongside the softly fruity, toasty sweetness of the chestnuts. Great tea! It's not only nutty but has notes of chocolate and vanilla. It has it's own sweetness to it. I also agree it is excellent on its own or with a little cream. Nice choice to share with those new to tea.
