The first time I made this tea, I did not like it. After some online research regarding the best way to drink this tea (Chinese style steeping as opposed to western style steeping), I was able to appreciate how tasty it is--The flavor changes throughout the steeps: vegetal, floral, honey, butter.

I drink a lot of green tea and this one is not one of my favorites. It took me a bit to get used to green tea after drinking only black for years. I have a few favorites, but this one has a strange after taste. Maybe it's the artichoke?
