Bi Luo Chun, which means “green snail spring” in Chinese, is grown near Lake Tai in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China. It is famous for its tight-rolled, spiral appearance, which is also why it is named after snails. It has a sweet, soft taste with fruit and floral notes.
