Night of the Iguana is a complex, rich chai made from a full-bodied Assam black tea. White chocolate and caramel combine smoothly with traditional masala chai spices from the Malabar coast of India for a chai blend that is unlike any other.
Chai is an integral part of Indian tea culture, and is typically brewed with a black tea from the Assam region. Steep in an infuser, or let it simmer on the stove– the choice is yours, but the flavors will present themselves differently either way!
