In Hindi, Masala Chai means spice tea, and this tea is just that– our take on India’s most famous beverage. There are as many different chai recipes as there are people that make it, and ours is blended in-house to showcase the full-bodied tea and highlight classic flavors of peppercorn, cardamom, and cloves.
Chai is an integral part of Indian tea culture, and is typically brewed with a black tea from the Assam region. Steep in an infuser, or let it simmer on the stove– the choice is yours, but the flavors will present themselves differently either way!
