Marshmallow Root is known by many other names, including Althaea officinalis, Althaea root, sweet weed, mallards, guimauve, mortification plant, schloss tea and wymote.
Using dried marshmallow root for loose-leaf tea is very straightforward. You can pour boiling water over the dried root before covering and steeping it for 5 to 10 minutes. It will then be ready to strain and drink.
Warning: Should be taken with at least 250 ml (8 oz) of liquid.
