I got this at the free sample last month and I got a summer cold and I use this and it was wonderful Soothe My Throat felt so nice opened up my nose a little bit and I was able to sleep. I also mixed it with the Bourbon Street vanilla and oh my goodness that was so good. (0) sandra Ore City
