This is an exceptional oolong. Visually appealing and very tasteful. The leaves are rolled into little balls that gradually open the more times you infuse so the flavor starts out subtle and increases each time. I get 4 good infusions. Don't boil it, and don't let it steep more than 3 minutes the first couple times, but you can let it sit a few more minutes the 3rd and 4th times.
