This is so rich and toasty (and low-octane) that it makes an ideal after-dinner, evening tea. Appeals to both green-tea and black-tea drinkers, kid friendly...who could ask for more? Best of all, getting 3 or 4 decent infusions from the leaves makes the cost less than it'd appear. Wonder how good this will taste come winter...
