This tea's unique flavor profile is like no other. For some reason, in my mind's association, it reminds me of cream and fruit (specifically of lychee, for some reason, despite not tasting this in the drink). It tastes like I am drinking the mountain mist. This might just be my mind's association, and perhaps no one else would think this. But I love this tea so much and highly recommend it. It is my favorite green tea currently and my second favorite tea I've tried so far at the Ohio Tea Company (second only to Milk Oolong).

The green tea brews to a medium yellow but it is full bodied with a subtle vegetal flavor. It's very smooth and delicious. I brew 2.80 mg for 3 minutes for a perfect cup.
