I was not sure what to expect with this tea. I think this is the first time I have had Guayusa tea....and I love it. This tea has a nice light cinnamon note. It is a great tea. The lemongrass is super subtle, but it is there. This tea is not bitter, it is creamy.I made three cups of tea out of 1 teaspoon. I love that this Guayusa contains essential amino acids that improve mood and induce relaxation. It has more antioxidant properties than green tea. Improves cardiovascular health, anti-inflammatory properties, and boosts the immune system too.
