This does indeed make a excellent cup before bed. I think it was my roommate's favorite tea of them all (and I introduced her to at least 15 different flavors). We had many a mug of it while watching movies, and it pairs nicely with kettle corn. I would say the vanilla flavor overpowers the caramel, but that is not a bad thing in the least. It accomplishes a delightful dessert flavor without becoming too sweet, which is a feat in itself. Altogether delicious, and definitely something I would recommend for people to try, even if they are not the biggest fan of tea in general.
