The delicious Clouds & Mist has turned me into a green tea drinker! Perfectly balanced savory umami with a floral sweetness, reminiscent of some green oolongs. Feels thick on the tongue and lingers in the mouth for quite a while. Steep for 3min max to avoid bitterness. Order several ounces, because everyone you share it with will ask for it again and again.
