This raw (sheng) 2013 Pu-erh has a classic bold & earthy tea has a sweet deep apricot fruit flavor.
Suggested Steeping Instruction:
Use 1 tsp (3 grams) per 8 of water, rinse leaves with 190° water for 5-10 seconds, and discard the rinse water. Then steep with 8 oz water at 190° for up to 2 min. Good for multiple steepings. Steeping for longer time periods will produce a progressively stronger cup.
