Got this as a gift with some teas. This is the sugar to reach for if you want just sweetness without any other flavors along with it. The crystals are a nice size so it does not take too long to dissolve. Put a spoon of this in your pot or cup after the steeping and head the "clink" as the crystals hit the bottom of your vessel. A little goes a long way as well. This is a great addition to round out a tea gift set or for the sweet tea/ cream-and-sugar tea lover
