This tea is absolutely stunning! I steeped 2 tsp at 200° for 3 minutes. It smelled amazing and tastes even better. It had an incredible depth of flavor. Rich honey-like sweetness, so smooth and well-balanced. No astringency or bitterness. Delicious black tea! Definitely a new favorite of mine!
